I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom.


 My coaching is underpinned by the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  

I use evidence-based psychological interventions, including Psychological Skills Training, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing, as tools to support your growth.

I am currently Mental Performance Coach with the Western Force (rugby union), RugbyWA State teams and Emerging Pathways (rugby union) and WANL Rangers (netball). 


I have a diverse background, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to coaching.

 This includes qualifications and experience in:

- psychology and counseling

- high-school teaching

- university lecturing

- sports coaching
